Electromart Loyalty Card

How does it work

 The E-Card is a Loyalty Point building Card with 1 level of membership (Basic Membership) currently. The E-Card has both 1D & 2D barcode reader. The QR code reader is currently linked to the Electromart online shop (www.electromart.com.gh).

The E-Card allows shoppers the opportunity to earn points for every Ghana cedi spent in any Electromart Showroom. The card bearer earns additional points on any amount spent during shopping.

Step 1: Any shopper interested must fill out an Enrollment form which captures data such as Name/Phone Number/ Residential Address/ Email Address/etc and other relevant information for promotional use and Geomapping.

Step 2: Shopper must provide a valid ID Card and details is keyed and registered in the software/backend and allocated to a specific serial number/ barcode.

Step 3: FSM issues card to the shopper and advices shopper to present the card at any Electromart outlet when making payment in order to earn points on the total value spent in the shop.

How do you build points?

Step 1: Present the Electromart Loyalty card at Point of Purchase and when making payments.

Step 2: FSM accepts the card and verify the customer/shopper details with the registered information in system/backend.  FSM has the right to ask 1-3 security questions to verify membership and card bearer or holder.

 Step 3: The card / serial number is automatically credited with points per the Invoice/Receipt value or amount spent and paid.

 Step 4: Customer /Shopper receives an SMS and email notification on points earned and Invoice value.

 Step 5: Customer / Shopper can redeem the point anytime and any day from any Electromart outlet.

How do you redeem points?

Step 1: Present the Electromart Loyalty card at Point of Purchase and when making payments.

Step 2: FSM accepts the card and verify the customer/shopper details with the registered information in system/backend.  FSM has the right to ask 1-3 security questions to verify membership and card bearer or holder.

Step 3: Customer /Shopper receives an SMS and email notification on point redemption, points earned on current order and Invoice value.

Step 4: Customer / Shopper can redeem the point anytime and any day from any Electromart outlet.
